  1. Introduction

    1.1 What do we follow when dealing with your personal data?

    When dealing with the personal data we act in harmony with the legislation of the Czech Republic and directly with usable legislation of the EU, especially the law no. 101/2000 of personal data protection, as subsequently amended (collectively „ZOOU“) and the law no. 480/2004, of some services of the information company and of the change of some laws, as subsequently amended.

    1.2 What is the personal data?

    Personal data means all data that identify or can identify a specific natural person. Personal data is especially (but not exclusively):

    • Identification data, e.g. name and surname, birth number, date of birth, gender, username for the account;

    • Contact information, e.g. address of your residence (or delivery address), phone number, email address;

    • Other data, e.g. data acquired using cookies, IP address (network id) including the type of the web browser, device, operating system, time and number of accesses at the Site and other analogous data.

  2. Collection and use of personal data

    2.1 How do we collect your personal data?

    We collect information from you in several different ways on this Site.

    Before using certain portions of this Site or ordering products, you may be required to complete an online registration form. During registration, you will be asked to provide to us certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address(es), phone number, email address, gender, and credit card number. In addition, we may also ask you for your country of residence and/or your organization’s country of operation, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order and the sites, and for internal marketing purposes.     Internal Use

    2.3 For how long do we store the data?

    Personal data entered during ordering of the goods or during the registration is used only for the time necessary to fulfill the sales contract and legal obligations.

    If you give us explicit authorization to process the personal data or if we use your email address for sending business messages in agreement with the previous section, the data will be used during the time of functioning of the Site.

  3. Your rights related to the personal data

    3.1 Right to withdraw the agreement with processing of the personal data

    If we process your personal data solely based on your agreement (i.e. without a legislative reason) you can withdraw this agreement anytime.

    Withdrawal of agreement with processing of the personal data is possible any time using:

    • An email sent to our contact email address;

    • Phone call to our phone number;

    • Written letter sent to our delivery address;

    • In case of business messages by the way that is mentioned in any email containing business message (by clicking at the rejection link or other method).

    The legality of processing performed prior to the withdrawal is not affected by the withdrawal of the agreement.

    3.2 Right to access the personal data

    You have the right to ask us for the information whether we perform processing of your personal data. If we process your personal data, you have the right to access this data and especially the following information:

    • Purpose of processing;

    • Category of the processed personal data;

    • Recipients or category of recipients to whom the data will be made accessible;

    • The period of time for which the data will be stored.

    Per your request we will provide you with a copy of the processed data. We can charge you for an administrative payment for other copies. This payment must not be higher that costs of creation and provision of these copies.

    3.3 Right for the correction

    If your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to require a correction without a delay; i.e. correction of the incorrect data or completion of incomplete data.

    3.4 Right to make a protest against the processing

    You have the right to make a protest against the processing if the processing is performed for purposes of the direct marketing including any automated personal data processing. After making a protest we will stop processing your personal data for these purposes.

    3.5 Right to be deleted (the right to be „forgotten“)

    You have the right to require that we delete your personal data if:

    • The personal data is no more necessary for purposes for which it was collected or processed;

    • You withdrew an agreement with processing;

    • You made a protest against the processing of the personal data

    • Personal data was processed illegally.

    If there are no legal reasons for rejection of the request, we are obliged to satisfy your request.

    3.6 Right to restrict the processing

    You have the right to require that we restrict processing of your personal data if:

    • Deny accuracy of your personal data;

    • The processing is illegal and you require restriction instead of deletion;

    • We don’t need your personal data for processing anymore, but you require it for determination, performance or advocacy of legal acts;

    • You make a protest against processing;

    When the processing is restricted, we are only authorized to store your personal data; further processing is allowed only with your agreement or for legislative reasons.

    If the processing is restricted because of the protest against the processing, the restriction is in place for the time necessary to find out whether we are obliged to satisfy your request.

    If the processing is restricted because of the denial of accuracy of the personal data, the restriction is in place for the time of verification of data accuracy.

    3.7 Right for transferability of the personal data

    You have the right to acquire your personal data that you provided us in structured commonly used and machine-readable format and hand them over to other personal data administrator.

    3.8 How can you apply your rights?

    Your rights related to personal data can be applied using our contact information. All the relevant information and acts will be provided to you without unnecessary delay.

    We will be helpful to the maximum extent in the protection of your personal data. In case you will not be satisfied, you have the right to contact relevant institutions especially The office for personal data protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, http://www.uoou.cz), that supervises the protection of the personal data. This regulation does not affect your right to contact The office for personal data protection directly with your incentive.

    If especially your address of residence, place of business or place of alleged breaking of protection of the personal data lies outside of the Czech Republic in other EU country, you can contact other supervising institution in this member country.

  4. Administration and processing of your personal data

    4.1 How do we administer and process your personal data?

    We are an administrator of personal data in sense of ZOOU and we are stored in a register of The office for personal data protection under the registration number: 00077409/001.

    Your personal data is processed for us by our company. Alternatively we can authorize other personal data processing companies. You will be informed about who specifically processes your personal data per request.

    Personal and other acquired data is fully secured against an abuse. Personal data will be processed electronically by an automated method or in printed format by a non-automated method.

    4.2 Who do we hand over your personal data to?

    In the extent that is necessary to fulfill the sales contract or other obligations, we are authorized to hand your personal data over to other individuals (e.g. carriers, or other persons participating in fulfilling the contract or our other obligations). We do not hand your personal data over to any other person.

    Your personal data will not be handed over to the countries outside of the European Union.

  5. COOKIES

    5.1 What are cookies?

    Cookies are simply a text file that a web server stores on a computer's hard drive. They are information, not programs: thus they cannot contain viruses. A site like NYTimes.com, for example, places a unique ID cookie to recognize if a user without a subscription has viewed their quota of free articles for the month and redirect them to a subscription page accordingly.

    Not all cookies collect personal data, some of them just make correction function of the Site possible. Using cookies can be blocked by you in the appropriate setting in your web browser.
